Swiss House Bill of Quantities Generator (eBKP-H)

A Swiss Baukostenrechner gives you a fast CHF total, usually priced per cubic metre of Gebäudevolumen the way the Swiss Property Owners' Association itself recommends. That's a real, useful first number, and this tool doesn't try to replace it. What it adds is the real elemental breakdown behind that number.

This generator's Swiss quantities are structured around eBKP-H (SN 506 511) — the same elemental cost-plan letters (B through G, I) architects, engineers and CRB's own cost data use, not a generic Western trade list translated into German. An Untergeschoss is modeled as an always-included level, matching real Swiss practice, rather than gated behind a US-style optional-foundation choice, and a Schutzraum (or its Ersatzabgabe replacement levy) is included as a real, canton-dependent line rather than left out entirely.

You price every line yourself in CHF — this tool works in square metres, not SIA 416's Gebäudevolumen (cubic-metre) convention Swiss cost data is usually quoted against, and we're not inventing an unofficial conversion rule to paper over that gap. What you do get is a real eBKP-H-structured takeoff with Planungskosten (architect, engineer and Bauleitung fees, defaulted to the sheet-cited 12-18% range) built in as its own real, adjustable line.
