Why an algorithm, not an "AI floor plan"?

Every layout here comes from a real, established space-planning technique called recursive rectangular subdivision — the same family of approach used in real architectural space-planning tools. It's not a machine-learning model, and we don't call it "AI floor plan generator" because it isn't one — we'd rather be accurate than chase a trendier label.
